Our Story
Looking to evolve, the business shifted its focus to concrete sleeper manufacturing. Working alongside a dedicated team, BRProducts developed its own mould designs based on industry examples. After extensive trial and error, the company refined its process and began producing sleepers at scale.
While this venture ultimately proved unviable, it reinforced a key strength of the business—adaptability. BRProducts pivoted once again, moving into the supply of galvanised steel posts and retaining wall materials. By focusing on reliable supply, competitive pricing, and fast turnaround times, the company quickly established itself as a trusted supplier across South East Queensland.
Today, BRProducts supplies a wide range of products including concrete sleeper retaining wall systems, galvanised steel posts, reinforcing mesh, and associated construction materials. What areas do you service?
We are based in Hemmant, Brisbane but we regularly service up to the Sunny Coast and down to the Gold Coast and as far inland as far inland as Toowoomba. If you need delivery beyond this we are more than happy to help, just give us a call and we can provide some options.
Do you have a display shed?
Yes! We have a display shed in Hemmant.
How high can I build a retaining wall?
Retaining walls can go as high as 4-5m, but a standard retaining wall goes as high as 3m. Anything higher generally requires custom galvanised steel posts.
How long should my galvanised steel posts be?
The general rule with concrete sleeper retaining walls is to double the wall height. A 1m high wall will require a 2m long post (a meter in the ground and a meter out of the ground).
Does my wall need engineering?
Any wall a meter or over in height requires engineering. In Logan all walls, regardless of height, require engineering.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
For the majority of our stock we can deliver the same or next day. However, due to the demand for some of our textured sleepers, it can take up to two weeks (worst case scenario) for the sleepers to be produced. We’re always happy for you to call and enquire about our availability, and we will do everything we can to get you the products on time.
Are your sleepers engineered?
Yes! All of our sleepers are engineered.
